You Can't See the Interviewer or the Interviewer Can't See You

If you cannot see your interviewer, and your screen matches the image below, your interviewer has not started the interview. You will not see or hear them until they start the interview.

If you are on this page and you do not see yourself, or the interviewer, follow these steps:

• Make sure to close any other program that could be using your webcam like Skype, FaceTime, etc.
• Refresh the page. This will allow you to enter the interview again and helps resolve any potential glitches with your connection, browser, or computer.
• Check your webcam settings to ensure your webcam is working correctly. Webcam settings (Windows) or Webcam settings (Mac/Apple).
• Restart your computer.
