Reviewer Options (On-Demand)

The Reviewer Options panel lets you:

• Identify the reviewers that you want to notify when candidates submit interviews for this job.

• Indicate whether you want to notify the distribution list when candidates receive automated reminders to submit their interviews.Accessing Reviewer Options

  To modify reviewer notification preferences for a job requisition:

  1. On the job details page, scroll down to the stage options panel below the candidate status summary.
  2. Click Reviewer Notifications.
  3. Update your settings in the Reviewer Options window.
  4. Click Save & Close in the bottom-right corner to apply your changes.

Distribution List

Identifies the people (aside from the recruiter) that receive an email notification when:

• Candidates submit an interview for this job.
• Hirevue sends email reminders to candidates to submit their interview (if configured in the Notifications section).

You can add or remove people from the distribution list at any time. This can be helpful in situations where multiple recruiters are sharing a job, or where interview participants are out of the office and require someone to complete interview tasks in their place.

To add people to the distribution list, type the email addresses of each reviewer that you want to notify when candidates submit an interview for this job. If you are adding more than one email address, separate each email address with a comma.

Notifications

Specifies whether you want to notify the distribution list when candidates receive automated reminders to submit their on-demand interviews.

When candidates do not submit their on-demand interview within 24 hours of the initial interview request, Hirevue sends an automated email reminding candidates to submit their interview. When you enable notifications, Hirevue also notifies the distribution list and recruiter that the candidate has not yet completed their interview.In the Notification Options section, you can select or toggle specific settings such as Notify requested reviewers of what candidate gets reminder and Send reminder if candidate has not been reviewed after a specific date and time.

By default, the amount of time after which email reminders are sent is 24 hours. However, this value may vary for your organization.
