# Finding Your Interview Invitation

### Can't Find Your HireVue Interview Invitation?

If you're expecting a HireVue interview invitation that hasn't arrived, follow these troubleshooting steps to locate your interview link.

### Quick Access via Text Message

-   Text "Start" to 47257 to receive your interview link via SMS
-   Click the link in the text message to begin your interview immediately

> **Note:** This text message option is not available for all interviews. If this method doesn't work, please try the alternatives below.

### Check Alternative Email Folders

Interview invitations may be automatically filtered away from your primary inbox:

-   Look in your **Spam** folder
-   Check your **Junk** folder
-   Review your **Promotions** tab \(Gmail users\)
-   Search for "HireVue" in your email search function

### Verify the Correct Email Address

Your invitation might have been sent to a different email account:

-   Check alternative email addresses \(personal, work, school, etc.\)
-   Verify which email address you used when applying for the position
-   Confirm your email was spelled correctly in your application

### Check Other Application Channels

The invitation might be accessible through other means:

-   Log into the hiring company's candidate portal
-   Check the company's careers website where you applied
-   Review any confirmation emails you received after applying

### Still Can't Find Your Invitation?

If you've tried all the steps above and still cannot locate your invitation:

-   Contact the hiring company directly
-   Provide your full name and the position you applied for
-   Ask them to verify your email address and resend the invitation if necessary
