# Review all ratings page

The Review All Ratings page lets you view all submitted ratings, as well as review scores, review rate, and other completion statistics. To access the Review All Ratings page for a candidate, click the candidate ratings icon ![Candidate ratings icon](https://recruiter-help.hirevue-app.com/api/attachments.redirect?id=50d35db5-1357-4e9e-be5e-f4102911f8e6) on any On-Demand Interview or Live Interview page.

The following image displays the Review All Ratings page, and highlights areas of the page where you can perform actions.

### 1 - Candidate contact information

Displays contact information for the candidate, including phone number, email address, and street address.

### 2 - Average ratings and reviews

Displays the running average of the ratings and stars and thumbs up/thumbs down reviews submitted for the candidate. Thumbs up/thumbs down ratings are rounded to the positive. For example, if there is one "thumbs up" and one "thumbs down" rating for an interview, then the average rating will be "thumbs up".

### 3 - Reset

Lets you reset a reviewer review so that they can change their feedback and resubmit. When you reset a review, the reviewer receives an email with a link to the candidate interview, and a request to provide their feedback.

### 4 - Review statistics

Displays quantitative data about the interview and review:

-   **Reviewers**: Number of reviewers performing the review.
-   **Questions**: Number of questions in the candidate interview.
-   **Possible score**: Maximum rating that reviewers can assign to the candidate.
-   **Completed**: Number of reviews that have been submitted.
-   **Pending**: Number of reviews that were requested for review, but not yet submitted.
-   **Review Rate**: Percentage of reviewers that submitted their reviews.

### 5 - Action menu

Lets you perform any of the following actions:

**Note**: Available options may vary based on user permissions.

### Export

Exports the candidate review in one of the following file formats: .pdf, .xls, .xlsx, .rtf, or .csv.

### Refresh

Refreshes the page and loads newly submitted reviews.

### Edit columns

Opens a window where you can select additional columns to add to the data grid. To remove columns from the grid, click the down arrow in the upper right of each column, and then from the drop-down, select **Hide Column**.

### Reset columns

Resets the displayed columns to default settings.

### 6 - Interview

Opens the candidate interview page, where you can review the candidate interview, reset answers \(if the interview has not yet been submitted\), and access review tools and functionality.

### 7 - Filter and sort

Lets you filter the records in the grid by any value. For example, if you type "S" in the Reviewer filter field, the application displays all records where the reviewer name contains an "S". In order for records to appear in the filter, the records must contain the exact string of letters and/or numbers typed into the filter field, in the order in which they are typed.
